Our goal is to create value for the shareholders through development of the leading position in the chemical industry within the region. We focus on the operational activity mainly in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe. We also make use of attractive opportunities the adjacent Western European markets provide as well as in other regions.We concentrate on domestic and local segments of the market which are less sensitive to high-demand cycles and guarantee good prospects for growth. Our top priority is reaching these market segments where the Group enjoys or may enjoy a long-term and strong competitive position.We further improve the product portfolio by means of acquisitions, development of new products, implementation of new technologies and sales of assets not corresponding to the value growth strategy.
We execute restructuring in the Group companies in order to increase their efficiency and profitability. We actively make use of synergies on the level of the Group and particular companies. We build long-lasting equal relationships with our clients and suppliers for mutual good. We invest in our employees and we acquire the best from the market as they are the key element to guarantee a long-lasting success for the Group. We continuously aim for better environmental protection through permanent monitoring of the Group's activity and by limiting deleterious substances.
