Trade unions at Zachem reached an agreement with the Management Board of the Bydgoszcz company and resigned from taking strike actions.
“Recent negotiations and agreements excluded the threat of strikes and the employer and trade unions believe that Zachem has sufficient potential to solve all problems at its own effort by way of responsible partnership.” – reads the common announcement of the Management Board and Trade Unions at Zachem.
The announcement concerns the potential strike after the summer renovation stoppage at Bydgoszcz Chemical Company owned by the Ciech Group, which was announced earlier by trade unions.
