A sale transaction of a previous registered office of Ciech was completed for PLN 30,5 million. The buyer is a successful tenderer - the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
On 24 November, Ciech SA signed up a sale notarial deed concerning the right to land property use in perpetuity of the area of 822m² located at Jasna 12 Street in Warsaw together with a title to an office block sited on land.
The tender for the sale of an office block located at Jasna Street was announced on 15 September 2008. Opening of bids took place on 3 November 2008. Two bidders joined the tender. The State Treasury – the Polish Financial Supervision Authority had the highest bid, it bid PLN 30 500 000.
A notarial deed was signed up by Ryszard Kunicki - president of the management board of Ciech SA and Stanisław Kluza – he acted on behalf of and for the State Treasury as a Chairman of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
