We declare that on November 08th, 2007 CIECH SA signed a long-term loan agreement with the subsidiary US Govora SA. The loan repayment date has been determined to be dated on December 01st, 2013. The loan agreement converts a claim acquired from Indian England NV on September 17th, 2007 for a long-term loan. The loan amount is EUR 12 million. The loan bears the interest rate set in line with the market conditions and it is associated with the restructuring process of US Govora SA.
