– until December 2008 - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Eksploatacji Rurociągów Naftowych „Przyjaźń” S.A. (The Oil Pipeline Operation Company "Przyjaźń" Joint Stock) with its registered office in Płock;

Mr Grzegorz Kłoczko does not conduct directly or through legal entities any activities that would compete with the activities of Ciech SA. He is not a partner in any civil law companies or partnerships, and he is not a member of any authorities of other competitive legal entities.
