The Management Board of Ciech SA hereby informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Ciech SA on December 16, 2008 recalled Mr Wojciech Włodarczyk from the Supervisory Board of Ciech SA and appointed Mrs Marzena Okła – Anuszewska and Mr Grzegorz Kłoczko as members of the Supervisory Board of Ciech SA.

Then he worked in the Department of Analyses and was concerned with the analysis of assessment of values, financial conditions and future prospects of the development of entities intended for privatisation;
– since 2006 until now - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Karpacka Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. (Carpathian Gas Company Ltd) with its registered office in Tarnów;
– since December 2008 - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Eksploatacji Rurociągów Naftowych „Przyjaźń” S.A. (The Oil Pipeline Operation Company "Przyjaźń" Joint Stock) with its registered office in Płock;
– until April 2007 - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fabryka Sprzętu Okrętowego „Remor” (Marine Equipment Factory “Remor”) with its registered office in Recz;
– until March 2008 - member of the Supervisory Board of Polskie LNG Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Świnoujście.
The newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board do not conduct directly or through legal entities any activities that would compete with the activities of Ciech SA. They are not partners in any civil law companies or partnerships, and they are not members of any authorities of other competitive legal entities.
They are not registered in the Non-Solvent Debtors Register kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register of August 20, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 168, item 1186).
