The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("Issuer"), pursuant to § 6 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions of considering as equivalent of information required by the laws of a country not being a member state, informs about a mistake in current report no 59/2010 dated October 21st, 2010.
The report contained the following sentence:
The total net value of assets on which joint capped mortgages were established, according to the International Accounting Standards, accounts for approximately PLN 66 330 thousand (as at September 30th, 2010).
It should contain:
The total net value of assets on which joint capped mortgages were established, according to the International Accounting Standards, accounts for approximately PLN 68 465 thousand (as at September 30th, 2010).
The initial net value of assets did not contain the value of some assets (e.g. installations, production lines).
