Further to the current report No 26/2007 dated 4 April 2007, the Management Board of Ciech S.A. hereby informs that the conditions of sulphur sale for the III quarter of the year 2008 were agreed on under the long-term contract 2002-2010 concluded between Ciech S.A. and the Moroccan customer Maroc Phosphore S.A. The value of this contract will amount to approximately USD 85 million, but because of the fact that this sale takes place under the commission agreement concluded with the Polish supplier; the revenues value of Ciech S.A. will amount to USD 6 million. The national supplier is the company KiZChS Siarkopol S.A., and the signed contract will be realized under the commission agreement mentioned above. The revenues of sulphur export constitute a very small percentage in the revenues of the Ciech Group (about 1%). The appropriate annex to the contract was signed up by the Moroccan party on 13 August 2008.
