The Management Board of CIECH S.A. hereby informs that on 25 July 2008 it concluded agreement on the sale of 100% shares of Boruta-Kolor Sp. z o.o. to Zakłady Chemiczne ZACHEM S.A. in Bydgoszcz. This transaction is consistent with the strategy of CIECH Group and constitutes the first stage of implementation of the project concerning dyestuffs business integration that was centered in ZACHEM Group. The value of transaction amounts to PLN 14 408 244.00.
