The report: The Management Board of CIECH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw hereby informs that on 16 July 2008, it received the Provision of the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Register of Entrepreneurs on the entry of amendments to the Statute of CIECH S.A. in the National Court Register - Register of Entrepreneurs on 10 July 2008, adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of 26 June 2008.
