The Management Board of CIECH S.A. hereby informs that due to the resignation of Mirosław Kochalski from his post of the President of the Management Board of CIECH S.A handed in today, the Management Board of CIECH S.A decided to appoint Mr Ryszard Kunicki to manage the current works of the Management Board of CIECH S.A until the day of appointment of a new President of the Management Board by the Ordinary General meeting of Shareholders.
