The Management Board of CIECH S.A. hereby informs that today it was notified of the provision of the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódż, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register, in accordance with which on 3 July 2008 was registered the stock capital decrease through remission of 2 500 shares of Boruta-Kolor Sp. z o.o. (the Company dependent on CIECH S.A.). Stock capital of the Company has been decreased from PLN 16 301 000 to 13 801 000. Decision on the stock company decrease by PLN 2 500 000 through remission of 2 500 shares of minimum value of 1 000 per each, was taken by the Ordinary General Meeting on 21 January 2008.
