Pursuant to Article 70 (1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments in the organised trading system and on public companies, the Management Board of Ciech SA ("Issuer") informs that yesterday it was notified by Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA ("PPIM") of a decrease in the share of Pioneer Open-End Investment Fund, which is managed by PPIM, to 17.18% of the total number of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting.
