The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("Issuer"), pursuant to § 6 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions of considering as equivalent of information required by the laws of a country not being a member state, informs that there was a writing mistake in current report no. 41/2010 dated August 12th, 2010.

The report contained a sentence:

which should read:

The financing conditions will be subject to further negotiations and will depend on the further assessment of the project, instrument type and the planned transaction structure, as well as relevant consents of the management of Ciech and EBRD.

The Management Board of Ciech SA (hereinafter the „Issuer” „Ciech SA”) informs that yesterday the Mandate Letter was signed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (hereinafter “EBRD”), and the Ministry of State Treasury and Ciech SA. The document confirms that EBRD is interested in participation in a project aimed at giving the Issuer long-term financing accounting for PLN 300 million, in the form of an instrument as may be deemed fit. The project successfully completed the initial stage of the internal assessment process at EBRD. The financing conditions will be subject to further negotiations and will depend on the further assessment of the project, instrument type and the planned transaction structure, as well as relevant consents of the management of Ciech and EBRD.
