The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ("Issuer"), pursuant to § 6 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions of considering as equivalent of information required by the laws of a country not being a member state, informs about a writing mistake in current report no 35/2010 dated July 28th, 2010.
The report contained wrong date of execution of a significant contract by subsidiaries.
It was:
"on XX, the sales contract for assets with a significant value was signed."
It should be:
"on July 28th, 2010 the sales contract for assets with a significant value was signed. "
