The Management Board of Ciech S.A. with registered seat in Warsaw, Poland (Issuer) hereby informs that a new ESPI system operator is Mr Krzysztof Grad. Ms Teresa Madeja will also remain the system operator. Simultaneously, Mr Dariusz Niedziółka and Ms Ewelina Małkowska stop performing this function. Legal basis: paragraph 16, clause 1, sub-section 5) of the Regulation of Electronic Data Transmission System (ESPI) in connection with paragrapher 3 clause 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance of 13.02.2006 means and technical resources used to transmit some information by entities supervised by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
