The Ciech Chemical Group is one of the leaders of the European chemical market. It comprises more than 40 companies and counts itself among the 50 largest business organisations in Poland. The main products of the Group are: soda ash (the second largest producer in Europe) and TDI (number 1 on the Polish market), epoxy & polyester resins, plant protection chemicals and fertilizers, as well as other chemical products which are used in glass, furniture, chemical, food, agriculture and construction industries.
In 2010 an annual sales revenue of the Ciech Chemical Group achieved a record level in its history of about PLN 4 billion while strengthening its market position. For years it has outstripped other Polish chemical companies in ranking. Group’s expenditures on innovation in comparison with sales revenue amounted to 3% in last years. This index is placed at similar level to he biggest European chemical companies.
