In 2007, the spendings on innovation and research and development in Ciech Chemical Group amounted to PLN 87,4 million, which is 2.6 percent of the Group revenues. In 20908, the spendings increased buy about 28 percent year-to-year and exceeded PLN 110 million, which is about 2.9 percent of the revenues of Ciech Chemical Group. This year, the planed budget for innovation and R&D amounts to PLN 100 million.
