Carying for environment

Eight large manufacturing plants representing various domains of the chemical industry operate within the Ciech Chemical Group. Handling manufacturing processes in the companies is associated with the exploitation of the environment and influencing its particular components.

Constantly growing environmental requirements mean that the companies face the necessity of monitoring their processes, including in particular their impact on the environment and responsibility for its condition.
The integration of activities designed to protect the environment with the development plans of the companies is an important element of Ciech Chemical Group policy.

Environmental care emerges each year in a series of pro-ecological investments which lead to notable effects such as reduced air-polluting emissions and explicit improvement of the environmental condition in the plants' surroundings. Various certificates form proof of the voluntary commitment of the companies in constantly improving and developing their operations, including within the domain of environmental protection, and confirm their high quality management.

The manufacturing companies of the Ciech Chemical Group pursue the aim of achieving EU standards, observing the elementary rule of balanced growth.
