Share of Ciech SA in the company capital is 92,91%.
US Govora is the first foreign manufacturing company of the Ciech Chemical Group, acquired in 2006. It manufactures soda ash, water glass and soda glaze. Modernisation and investment plan of the company assumes increase of soda ash production in the next three years to 530 thousand tonnes annually and performance parameters at the same level as at the Polish soda plants of the Ciech Group by 2010.
