At the turn of September 2007 I was a trainee in the Vitrosilicon in Iłowa taking advantage of the work placement. During this period I learned about the company operations and I participated in the organisation of the attitude and satisfaction survey among the employees and in other important projects.
It is because of my colleagues’ help and commitment that I look back at this period in my life with pleasure. Never before had I had such professionally prepared task schedule. I think the organization of work placements in Ciech Group is an excellent idea and an opportunity to find young, talented people in the labour market who want to go abroad these days.
After my placement I was offered a job and a chance to take part in Adapter Programme. Currently I have an independent position. I take part in the training courses which are indispensable for my further development and which make my work easier. Besides, the daily challenges contribute to the development of my skills and make me learn new things.
