Academy of Managers
The aim of the project is to ensure opportunities of permanent competence growth for the managerial staff of Ciech SA and the Ciech Chemical Group. Within the Academy the managers participate in numerous training sessions, series of workshops and lectures. They also have access to "e-learning" programs. So far several dozen managers have completed the Management Advance! course organised by Kanadyjski Instytut Zarządzania.
Super Manager
This competition is addressed to all managers of Ciech SA and its aim is to foster pro-efficient attitudes at all levels of the organizational structure and the development of managerial competence in the company. It is an annual event with three categories. The Super Manager is chosen from the winners of these categories.
Promotion of Talent
This is a project addressed to all young, talented and ambitious employees of the Ciech Chemical Group. The program is intended for creating a corporate culture based on cooperation and the exchange of experience. One of its objectives is to select those employees from the Group with high potential and to enable them to pursue comprehensive career plans. It is cyclic and its assumptions are adjusted each year to meet the goals and needs of the Ciech Chemical Group.
Master of Business Administration
This is a project launched for managers of Ciech SA and the Ciech Chemical Group. Its aim is to broaden the knowledge of managers on organization management strategies, specifically focusing on the heavy chemistry industry. The course program has been prepared especially for the Ciech Chemical Group.
Companywide Training Programs
Our employees have the possibility to participate in numerous training sessions, either individually or in company-wide closed projects. In this way we carry out training for employees in our selling and financial sectors.
