I was a trainee in the FosChem Division of the Ciech Chemical Group. The training was an excellent way to the transition from student (I graduated as the master of science in chemistry from Warsaw University on the 3th of September, 2007) to professional life.
I am very glad that I joined the Training Programme. I had a chance to learn the structure of the Chemical Group, its strategy and organizational culture. My main task, among the others, was to coordinate a postgraduate studies’ project for employees of the Ciech Chemical Group.
To accomplish this task I cooperated with employees and academic teachers from the Warsaw University of Technology. It was very interesting because gave me a possibility to know better many areas of company’s business.
I would like to emphasize the great work atmosphere in Ciech SA. I was surrounded by people who I felt good with. The training was a valuable experience which, I hope, will have a positive influence on my further professional career.
